Ladi is very skilful in replacing the kitchen sink tap and valves. Job was done very well with 30 minutes. On a side note, the quotation is on the high side (marketing strategy is quote high and offer discount). Customer service Cora was very responsive even on weekends. Just that she did not inform me upfront that the flexile hose came with the tap and I even ask her to quote for the hose. Thereafter she clarified.

Very professional and responsive service. The basic servicing package for 4 wall-mounted aircon blower units was reasonable at $110. The technician was efficient, and helped to clean up after the servicing was completed as well. Customer service was prompt, advised well on which service was most appropriate, and was not pushy at all. Overall, a great experience with DW.

This was my first engagement with Everyworks and am quite satisfied with their service. Their customer service staff responded fast to all my enquiries and provided good recommendations that suit my needs. The technician, Casmir, made the effort to inform me that they will be slightly late and was efficient during the installation. The installation for basin & toilet bowl was completed in about 2hrs and they kept the work area clean & not messy. Casmir is also efficient and return immediately the next morning to resolve my issue (cement stuck at the base of toilet bowl) after the installation. Good job. Thank you!!

Had a super smooth and transparent experience with Everyworks! From Day-1 when I initiated the inquiry, I was greeted with exceptional service by Ms. Generose and Mr. Kevin who tried to understand my situation and the electrical works I am trying to do.Site inspection and installation scheduling are pretty much easy, they have many timeslots and most of the time are within the same day to 1-2 days which is perfect! No long waits!Mr. Sakthi the electrician who came down for site inspection on the very same day of my inquiry was super knowledgeable in what he is doing. Understand the scale of work and plans out the least impacted way to accomplish the work. He also shared many professional advices on what are needed and what are not.On the installation day, which was less than 3 days apart, both Mr. Sakthi and Mr. Bala came down to finish up the works flawlessly in less than an hour. They are very well trained, they kept the mess minimal, helped to clean up and also walked me through on the completed works.I have had few encounters with electricians, but none are as professional as Everyworks. I am glad I approached them for their services, and I believe everyone should too.

Kumar is fast and efficient. He is detailed in his diagnosis of the issue I had with my toilet drainage and make a point to listen to what I said about the symptoms I had observed. He will then proceed to reproduce and resolve the issues. He will demonstrate the issue is resolved before ending the work. I will definitely look for them again if I encountered any more plumbing issues.

Only one service guy and came on time. Finish the cleaning service in 20mins which I thought maybe a bit too fast and chop chop as my aircon got some leaking so worried the guy do it too hastily but somehow it get the job done and was good. Overall aircon cleaning was clean and solve the water leaking. 4 out of 5.

Engaged them to do cleaning for our bed and sofa. Harun and Azaz are professional in the way they deliver the service. From explaining what they will do, to showing us how much dirt was cleared from the bed and sofa. Their price is reasonable and they do the service for us on a weekend as well as some of the cleaning companies i enquired doesn't do weekend. All in all, their service is recommeded and will look for them again for our next cleaning.

Bedroom aircon was behaving erratically, turning on and off on its own. After troubleshooting on his first visit, Ramesh recommended changing the remote sensor board, and proceeded to service the aircon unit. During the second visit, Ramesh and his colleague changed the sensor board and serviced the other aircon units. On both occasions, Ramesh was honest in his assessment and recommendations, and the servicing was done very efficiently. They ensured the areas near the aircon were clean and dry after the servicing. Overall, very pleased and satisfied with their work.

My AC was leaking, and the technician, Mr. Dhanapal, fixed it by cleaning the pipe. Apparently, there were dirt that choked the pipe. He was on time and he finished the job very well. The customer service is really good too. Ms. Valerie is great to work with to figure out the best time for the service to be done.

Unfortunately my 8 year old water heater kaput and tripped the breaker last night. Googled storage water heaters and found out about these guys. So, enquired them on their services and was replied back on the next morning(Sunday). Asked him for a recommendation and was quoted another similar model from Rubine. Arranged for an installation appointment and to my surprise a slot in the afternoon on the same day was given.Installer who is Mr Pandian gave a call and requested if he could come earlier which is better news for me since I need to go out in the evening. He came on the newly arranged time and within an hour everything was done. He even helped to clear up the dust in the toilet caused by the drilling of the wall. Thumbs up to this guy!Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for your water heater needs! Fast and efficient service!

I am absolutely pleased with the quick response time from Everyworks. I Whatsapped them at noon and got a reply swiftly about what the cost might be, and options available. Our 15-yo toilet rack broke from the wall, and I was actually worried that I may have to find a new one (for which I don't have the time to hunt down a similar one in the near future). They managed to get their technician Deb to come down just an hour later on the same day!! WOW. And Deb was super friendly and efficient, and he was able to resolve our issue within half an hour. Update as at 26 Feb 2023:Received a same day service recovery call from the company, by Catherine, who gave a clear explanation as to what was going on. I proceeded with the site inspection, which they have kindly waived off the inspection fee. Aru was very professional and patiently explained the problem with the wiring.On the day of the wiring installation, Aru and his colleague service was impeccable. Service delivery was fast, immaculate and professionally done. They had even wanted to do a clean up, rather than leaving it to home owners to clean up, after the works were done.One month warranty was provided for works and follow up on work performed was done shortly after Aru and his colleague left. Very impressed with Aru and Catherine.14 Feb 2023Tried and was unable to engage the services of their licensed electricians for electrical works. The 1 star is for the poor/unprofessional/unhelpful customer service.I tried to WA to request for assistance in engaging their licensed electrician for electrical services. I was met with repeated "... we cannot help." response. It was only after some prompting that it was revealed that "... our licensed electrician is currently not available, so we don't provide troubleshooting service for the power trip at the moment."When the date for the next availability was requested, the response was "... we dont (sic) have spesific (sic) date yet." period.This situation of getting electrical services from an electrical company with licensed electricans all over sg (per their company website) really befuddles me.

Update: used this same company several years after my first experience. The company is now under a larger umbrella group, but the service level is still very high. Very positive and efficient job done. Representative was also very good.I had a very positive experience with the folks at Daylight Electrician Singapore. My dryer basically melted (omg!) the power point it was using and I was really worried what to do. I WhatsApped with their service team and they advised to buy a new part (perfectly reasonable) to have the socket replaced. But they suggested first to let the electrician come take a look and assess. Long story short, the electrician came over and had a very simple solution to my problem and probably saved me more than $100 overall. He also changed the plug on my dryer which had been damaged for a reasonable fee. I'm thinking to engage them again for some further work. Thanks!

Mr Kumar was very proactive and genuine in his profession. Others may just change the water heater tank n will leave but mr kumar informed that the flexible host is almost broken n it is dangerous. So he helped to change the flexible host to a stainless steel. He explained very patiently whenever i ask him questions. He was very warm n very helpful. He waited to make sure whether there is any leakage. I am very impressed for he knows what he is doing and also very patient and warm. Very good indeed. 👍

My rubbish chute was spoilt during the Chinese New Year season. I have tried calling various sellers but it was either too expensive or they can only put me in their slot which was a week later. Luckily I managed to find Everyworks Group which was very reasonable in pricing. They even sent their best worker, DEB to install the rubbish chute. They provide great customer service and excellent workmanship.

Chanced upon this seller on google map, 1st thing that caught my attention was the very high rating. Was looking for a replacement of my Joven storage heater that was leaking and short circuited. Contacted seller via whatsapp and made a booking, earliest appt 4 days away. Technician came on the dot as scheduled and replacement was completed in 1 hr. Paid cash upon completion. New 707 water heater is working fine so far, hope it can last.

Wonderful experience.2 men came to install my toilet bowl flush system because it is faulty.After 20 min, they said need to dismantle my toilet bowl, otherwise, cannot install the flush system. Of course, they disclaimer that i need to buy a new toilet bowl if cracked during dismantle.I said nvm then i am ok not to proceed further.After 20 min, suddenly my new flush system is up and working.So i asked the Bangla worker, how come just now cannot , now can already.He replied "no need ask me so many questions, i do for you already, so u want check your toilet bowl working or not? "Bravo reply !!Great service with top notch professionism.Now my toilet flush system is new and working well."No Questions to be Asked"Highly recommended.

Toilet bowl tap had issues and Thana was very professional and dedicated as he tried to diagnose the root of the problem. There was a separate issue after the first fix and Thana came back a second time three weeks later to inspect and fix the issue at no additional cost.This is my third time using Mr Plumber/ Everyworks service and they have consistently provided good service. Made an appointment with Everyworks to take a look at the partial power failure I was experiencing. Although the schedule was a few days later, the overall cost was significantly lower than all others. I was looking for an electrician. Researched and contacted a few and decided to try "Daylight Electrician". Note that "Daylight Electrician" is the electrical services arm for "Everyworks".a) Engaging the service:I initiated the enquiry via whatsapp. Jackie responded. He was responsive, patient and detailed and responded properly to every questions I asked. Happy with the engagement.b) Electrician:Super punctual. Solved the "problem" within 3min. I thought it was a switch issue and end up there wasn't actually a problem in the first place. Everything was actually working but a "switch" (not in the MCB) was accidentally turned-off. I guess the electrician was experienced enough to spot this. LOL. Guess this is a common problem when everyone turn off everything prior to holiday and forgotten to turn everything back (properly) after the holiday.Would I engage them for my future needs? The answer is a resounding: YES.

From the time we found the company online to the completion of the work, the company staff have been very responsive to our questions and requests.We were looking at changing certain electrical fixtures in the house and not only were they giving us advice on what is needed, they even sent an electrician to come down to look at the place and give us their professional advice before we embark on securing them to complete the works.Although we have to get the fan ourselves, Sakthi and Bala were very proficient in the installation of the fan and even advise us what to follow up on.The customer Support Staff, Rose has been very prompt in following up with our adjustment in scheduling as well.It was a great experience!

My experience was that when I first engaged with Everyworks regarding their services, the customer service reply was fast and polite. I was being advised that they can schedule a technician to come down my home to do an inspection. I was being informed that If the job could not be done, it will cost me SGD 35. I agreed and went ahead to schedule a date for technician to come down.On the day of the inspection, the technician came down and the job was done quite fast. He asked me if the company did gave me a quotation for the job. I told the technician that I was being advised that SGD 35 will be waived if the job could not be done and he quoted me that the job done for installing the wireless door bell was SGD 70. I was quite shocked to hear the cost of the job done was so expensive as I could have done it myself. After I received e-invoice from the company, I went ahead to whatsapp the customer service to check if pricing was correct or they could reduced the cost of the job done. To my dismay, the customer service didn't explained in much details and confirmed that the final cost of the job done was SGD 70 after checking with the technician. I didn't want to argued back and went ahead to make payment, informed the customer sevice about the payment made and feedback to them that their pricing was unsatisfactory and that I would not want to engage any future services with them anymore.I also left a review on the Google review page. The next day, I received a call from the customer service to follow up on my matter. I was quite surprised. They called to apologise for the miscommunication and informed me that they will do a refund of SGD 35 to me.

It was very efficiently carried out by the plumber. Quick assessment, measurement, removal of old faulty toilet bowl and installation of new toilet bowl, finally application of seal (putty cement, silicone) and clean up. Also, very patient and appropriate advice communicated by the plumber. We called in this plumber and installed in our two toilets. Very happy to recommend!

I applaud the organised operations done. After my queries through Whatsapp & photos sent, they sent someone to do an inspection first, followed by a quotation. There was an inspection fee, which was refunded once I agreed to the quotation. Within 2 days, a repairman came to fix my plumbling issues. This is the first time I have engaged Everyworks for my home and I am blown away by the integrity of the company's workforce.To begin, communication was swift with the Whatsapp team of Dessa and Cora. They were responsive and very prompt in their replies. Clarity of the work scope was also established during the Whatsapp conversations.I was expecting to have my Rheem water storage heater changed out on the advice of my electrician when it tripped my house halfway through using it.When Pandian and Mijan came by, they troubleshooted the trip to be due to a melted wire. They promptly helped us change it and also helped me with another unrelated toilet issue while they were here.This level of integrity and honesty is rare in today's economy and my family and I were deeply touched at the kind act of these fine gentlemen to us. I used the services of Mr. Plumber for my new place. I must admit it was amazing!! Their response were super prompt and quickly assigned Mr Raj to do the inspection and quote me. Sent a whatsapp message to them about my clogged pipe and the response was quick. They were able to send someone over on the same day. Mr. Mahfuz came and fixed the problem in 30 mins.
