There is always a risk when looking for good repair service online. We had a not so good experience 2 years ago for similar issue which by a twist of fate turned out to be a part of Everyworks.Nevertheless there is a vast improvement from communication to the level of the repair work. Kudos to Marc and Jackie for the prompt assistance to fix the appointment. And also Boobalan (electrician) for taking the time to explain the cause of the fault and replace the faulty switch nicely.Keep up the good work.

Customer service officers Jackie and Rose were responsive, polite and helpful throughout the communication. They were able to address my queries over WhatsApp.The electrician, Aru, who did the inspection and installation was knowledgeable and professional. He was able to identify the issue upon inspecting the wire and provide a solution on the spot. He also provided a clear explanation on what and how the work will be performed. After completion of installation, he cleaned up the work area and checked to ensure that the sockets are working well.Overall, the experience with the team has been great. I had 2 assessments by 2 companies before deciding on DW aircon servicing. Mr Ramesh examined the aircon units carefully before giving his assessment. He explained clearly the issue and proposed options. He started with the least costly option first and when this was not possible after checking, a change is needed. He is also detailed and professional checking measurements in the same appointment before installation. Mr Ramesh and Mr Murthy came for the installation. They are polite and hardworking. The clean up after installation was good. Cost quotation is also reasonable. Thank you for the professional service. I will recommend to relatives if they need air conditioning service.

The technician, Pandian, came to our home to change the tap (replacing old Armitage Shanks hot and cold tap (1 faucet and 2 separate taps) with a single ball hot and cold tap (Fidelis FT 8201). It was a very old tap which was very difficult to loosen. Pandian worked efficiently and skillfully to remove the tap and put a new one in. He was able to do this without damaging the old porcelain sink. He also had a very good attitude, and did a good job of replacing the concrete line that had cracked with sealant. I do intend to use his services again.The Whatsapp operator Kevin was also very helpful and responsive. I have a schedule that's quite packed and Kevin was very patient and helped me to find a suitable slot.Thank you Kevin and Pandian!

Originally, he told me to cut a hole in my cabinet for access else will not have enough power to pump the wastage out. Contacted them via WhatsApp and they were really responsive even responding after office hours to arrange the work schedule. The repair of tap and doorknobs were scheduled for two different days as they have different workmen for different issues. When one of the jobs was going to be delayed due to a vehicle breakdown, they informed me in advance and let me know what time he would come instead. Both workmen came on time. They were professional, friendly and did a good job. Definitely recommended
