I contacted them on Sunday evening and they responded very quickly with a price (which was fair) and I got an appointment to install my water heater within 2 days. The technician, Pandian they sent, called before arriving at my home and completed the job in an hour. His work was neat and he did everything quietly. Dhana was very thorough with the chemical overhaul for 2 fancoil units. Aircon now works perfectly and is cold. Previously, my aircon was choked and no cold air was coming out of it. Job well done and though expensive but worth the money and service.

I am absolutely pleased with the quick response time from Everyworks. I Whatsapped them at noon and got a reply swiftly about what the cost might be, and options available. Our 15-yo toilet rack broke from the wall, and I was actually worried that I may have to find a new one (for which I don't have the time to hunt down a similar one in the near future). They managed to get their technician Deb to come down just an hour later on the same day!! WOW. And Deb was super friendly and efficient, and he was able to resolve our issue within half an hour. I think the fee charged was reasonable too. Blown away by the company and their service. If I have other small home repairs in the future, I will think of hiring them first.

Update as at 26 Feb 2023:Received a same day service recovery call from the company, by Catherine, who gave a clear explanation as to what was going on. I proceeded with the site inspection, which they have kindly waived off the inspection fee. Aru was very professional and patiently explained the problem with the wiring.On the day of the wiring installation, Aru and his colleague service was impeccable. Service delivery was fast, immaculate and professionally done. They had even wanted to do a clean up, rather than leaving it to home owners to clean up, after the works were done.One month warranty was provided for works and follow up on work performed was done shortly after Aru and his colleague left. Very impressed with Aru and Catherine.14 Feb 2023Tried and was unable to engage the services of their licensed electricians for electrical works. The 1 star is for the poor/unprofessional/unhelpful customer service.I tried to WA to request for assistance in engaging their licensed electrician for electrical services. I was met with repeated "... we cannot help." response. It was only after some prompting that it was revealed that "... our licensed electrician is currently not available, so we don't provide troubleshooting service for the power trip at the moment."When the date for the next availability was requested, the response was "... we dont (sic) have spesific (sic) date yet." period.This situation of getting electrical services from an electrical company with licensed electricans all over sg (per their company website) really befuddles me.

I did a water heater replacement, the process was easy and prompt from the initiating of quotation till completion of work. It's really hassle free and I like that. The technician Casmir earlier than scheduled (he did call to ask if it is possible), and I welcomed that. Technician Casmir arrived premise in a timely manner. He surveyed area prior to removal of faulty water heater and followed by installation of water heater. He explained that he needs to install drainage pipe as requested by PUB. After installation, he gotten me to register warranty online after furnishing me the model's details. We were experiencing water leakage issues on the trunking, which leaks to the floor and creates puddles of water at three different spots.Rajan came down to look at the issue and explain what is causing it and what needs to be done (bad/wrong insulation installation and unsealed trunking that lead to condensation)After consulting Technician Rajan, we engaged them to perform a chemical overhaul (since the aircons have not been maintained for more than 1–2 years) and replacement of insulation for the copper pipesRajan and Seenu arrived on time, promptly completed the necessary tasks, and have done an impressive job.Additionally, I would like to thank Valarie for her prompt responses and advice over WhatsApp when I engaged them for their services.Looking forward to engaging them for aircon maintenance as well!Update: Aircon maintenance went smoothly and Murthi was on time and efficient. Service personnel called informing slight delay which is appreciated, this is despite him arriving within agreed timeframe. Good and professional service was rendered. He checked the condenser unit for leak upon request and provided sound advice, unlike other service provider whom I had bad experience with (claiming he had checked but obviously not). Update: used this same company several years after my first experience. The company is now under a larger umbrella group, but the service level is still very high. Very positive and efficient job done. Representative was also very good.I had a very positive experience with the folks at Daylight Electrician Singapore. My dryer basically melted (omg!) the power point it was using and I was really worried what to do. I WhatsApped with their service team and they advised to buy a new part (perfectly reasonable) to have the socket replaced. But they suggested first to let the electrician come take a look and assess. Long story short, the electrician came over and had a very simple solution to my problem and probably saved me more than $100 overall. He also changed the plug on my dryer which had been damaged for a reasonable fee. I'm thinking to engage them again for some further work. Thanks!

Mr Kumar was very proactive and genuine in his profession. Others may just change the water heater tank n will leave but mr kumar informed that the flexible host is almost broken n it is dangerous. So he helped to change the flexible host to a stainless steel. He explained very patiently whenever i ask him questions. He was very warm n very helpful. He waited to make sure whether there is any leakage. I am very impressed for he knows what he is doing and also very patient and warm. Very good indeed. 👍

Informed the company that my air con's gas is low and might be leaking. The company mention need to send a air con technician to do an inspection. After paid for the inspection, their recommendation is to top up the gas. And their company does not has gas pressure test services.The company follow up after their internal investigation and make necessary action that meet the customer expectations.I had upgraded to 5 stars for their aftermarket service which is what consumers need.

Excellent service and highly recommended! I was frustrated with my landlord’s aircon servicing company (always late by 2-3 hours, makes a mess in my place, leaves the aircon noisier/leaking vs before, very rude) and decided to try out a new provider DW Aircon. The DW service crew Dhanapal came on time, was very professional and even brought a sheet to cover my items so it won’t get dirty. I’m so impressed with their service and highly recommend it! 🙂

My rubbish chute was spoilt during the Chinese New Year season. I have tried calling various sellers but it was either too expensive or they can only put me in their slot which was a week later. Luckily I managed to find Everyworks Group which was very reasonable in pricing. They even sent their best worker, DEB to install the rubbish chute. They provide great customer service and excellent workmanship.

Wonderful experience.2 men came to install my toilet bowl flush system because it is faulty.After 20 min, they said need to dismantle my toilet bowl, otherwise, cannot install the flush system. Of course, they disclaimer that i need to buy a new toilet bowl if cracked during dismantle.I said nvm then i am ok not to proceed further.After 20 min, suddenly my new flush system is up and working.So i asked the Bangla worker, how come just now cannot , now can already.He replied "no need ask me so many questions, i do for you already, so u want check your toilet bowl working or not? Technician Ramesh was punctual, friendly and professional. He knows his work and takes time to explain to me why my aircon is not cold after diagnosis. Was initially having the thought to do chemical overhaul as aircon is 10 year old and not serviced past year during covid period, but he was able to diagnose that it's due to low gas. In the end just a gas top up and normal servicing does the job. He and his other tech cleaned the units thoroughly, using brush to clear the cooler fins and vacuum to clear the debris/dust. Aircon looks and feel like new. Kudos to the team!

I was looking for an electrician. Researched and contacted a few and decided to try "Daylight Electrician". Note that "Daylight Electrician" is the electrical services arm for "Everyworks".a) Engaging the service:I initiated the enquiry via whatsapp. Jackie responded. He was responsive, patient and detailed and responded properly to every questions I asked. Happy with the engagement.b) Electrician:Super punctual. Solved the "problem" within 3min. I thought it was a switch issue and end up there wasn't actually a problem in the first place. Everything was actually working but a "switch" (not in the MCB) was accidentally turned-off. I guess the electrician was experienced enough to spot this. LOL. Guess this is a common problem when everyone turn off everything prior to holiday and forgotten to turn everything back (properly) after the holiday.Would I engage them for my future needs? The answer is a resounding: YES.

My experience was that when I first engaged with Everyworks regarding their services, the customer service reply was fast and polite. I was being advised that they can schedule a technician to come down my home to do an inspection. I was being informed that If the job could not be done, it will cost me SGD 35. I agreed and went ahead to schedule a date for technician to come down.On the day of the inspection, the technician came down and the job was done quite fast. He asked me if the company did gave me a quotation for the job. I told the technician that I was being advised that SGD 35 will be waived if the job could not be done and he quoted me that the job done for installing the wireless door bell was SGD 70. I was quite shocked to hear the cost of the job done was so expensive as I could have done it myself. After I received e-invoice from the company, I went ahead to whatsapp the customer service to check if pricing was correct or they could reduced the cost of the job done. To my dismay, the customer service didn't explained in much details and confirmed that the final cost of the job done was SGD 70 after checking with the technician. I didn't want to argued back and went ahead to make payment, informed the customer sevice about the payment made and feedback to them that their pricing was unsatisfactory and that I would not want to engage any future services with them anymore.I also left a review on the Google review page. The next day, I received a call from the customer service to follow up on my matter. I was quite surprised. They called to apologise for the miscommunication and informed me that they will do a refund of SGD 35 to me.

Quick assessment, measurement, removal of old faulty toilet bowl and installation of new toilet bowl, finally application of seal (putty cement, silicone) and clean up. This is the first time I have engaged Everyworks for my home and I am blown away by the integrity of the company's workforce.To begin, communication was swift with the Whatsapp team of Dessa and Cora. The technician arrived promptly and the choking issue was resolved promptly.A suggestion though - Perfectly understand that the technician had to break the drain cover in order to clear the choke. Since your company provides handyman service too, it would be great to complement the whole process with a replacement drain cover (with necessary charges of course) at the same time. It will complete the job neatly. Do you provide service to replace drain cover?

I engaged water heater city for the replacement of my Rheem storage water heater located above the ceiling and underneath the roof.Scheduled appointment was delayed for 2 hours with prior notice in the morning on the scheduled date. Quality of workmanship would be good if not for the cracked ceiling board (the worker patched it up later).The labour cost for 2 workers, about an hour job, is $400.

My water heater stopped working suddenly, after 5 years. I contacted Everyworks for help. They were transparent and upfront with their charges, which were very competitive.I decided to engage them to replace and install a new water heater. CSO Lorraine (and Crichell) was friendly and prompt through the process, securing the earliest possible time slot that I was available.The team (Mijan and Thana) arrived very punctually. They were also very polite and careful when moving their equipment and tools into my home. They were very fast and neat. There was a lot less dust, mess and noise than I had feared. Honestly don't really like leaving negative responses. Used the company for Some Handywork installations. Helped me with drilling some fixtures for my toilet & mounting a mirror. I was also putting up some clothes hangar behind my door. I used the back & front door as a reference point for the height of the hangar. They drilled a hole in the front of the door. The hangar was supposed to be at the back. There is now a small hole in front of my door. I understand there may have been a communication error in this instance. But I was at the very least expecting some help from the company to solve this problem. The technician did tell me to send a picture to them & find out if there could be a viable solution. He did say that it is possible to patch the door. Alas, all I received was "we are unable to help you rectify the door". It was not even my mistake. I would caution against expecting any form of help if there is an issue that arises from using their services. As soon as I paid, I was dismissed. Now I have a hole in my door that needs attention.Edit: They replied and offered a solution. Very happy to say that they patched up the door. Appreciate the professionalism of this company to help me with issue that arise.

The tech ladi and cso donna had delivered good response and were receptive to the questions posed. Tech ladi did a clean and tidy work in changing the flushing system and had carried out a professional work.
