Selecting a trusted vendor is never easy. More so whether the workman/technician is qualified to install, it depends on the company that sent him. I chose Everyworks because of the excellent customer service's response to my queries. The meticulous of the staff in providing information of the product and installation of the heater to comply with the authorities' requirements had a great part in my decision to choose them from other vendors. A word of thank you to the installer who made the piping looks less intimidating. NICE JOB!

Dw sent 2 men to polish my marble floors (living and dining room). It had not been polished for 20 years! The two (team leader was Das) men did a superb job of moving my antique furniture to and from. They worked quickly and did an excellent job with the polishing.

My very BEST experience with a plumbing service! (I was already expecting this because I have used them previously.) Right from the start when I contacted them via WhatsApp, the response was prompt, precise, helpful and courteous. They were very proactive in indicating what documents would be required to submit a PUB application for the installation of the Rheem 23 litres water heater - they even sent reminders until I provided the documents.Then, on the day and time of the appointment, the technician Mijan arrived punctually with and assistant. Mijan worked quietly but very efficiently - protective floor coverings were laid out, the old heater removed very quickly without a mess and the new one installed while I was able to work undisturbed just a few metres away. EXCELLENT and highly professional work by Mijan - when I inspected it later, the new water heater was clean & neat (unlike with other plumbers who leave grubby finger marks all over the area)! Oh, the price ... very good for the quality of the equipment and the level of service - excellent value for money!All in all, I highly recommend Water Heater City (via Everyworks Pte Ltd) for any kind of plumbing work! (Ask Everyworks for any kind of home improvement work!)

Guna was very professional know exactly where to find the fault. He even gives great advice on different options for owner to decides on the rectification of the fault. Most importantly they provide reasonable service charge prior to visiting your premises.

We have two young kids who still wet the bed time to time so we like to get our mattesss cleaned every 9-12 months. Technician came on time and was very polite and professional. This is our second time engaging them and will definitely use them again. Mattress stains were removed and feels like a new one.

Very satisfied with Mijan and team in replacing the faulty storage water heater. Work area is properly covered and then cleaned after the job is completed. As the ceiling is cut, the painting team patches it back after few days and it is also done nicely. Have engaged Everyworks a few times and every job is done satisfactorily. The customer service deserves compliments also as the communication is clear and response is quick through watsapp. Whole process is fuss-free, Highly recommended.

Great service! I contacted them on Sunday and got immediate response. An exchange of messages clarified the issue and the new water heater got installed in some days, whereby the whole system got checked. Ceiling also ceiled up again flawlessly.

Mr Pandi is without a doubt the best aircon servicing guy I have ever met. Always smiling and courteous and thorough with his job without cutting corners. I send a message thru the website at Wee Hour and the business time stated clearly that their CS will get back the next day working hour.At 8 nish am the next day, a CS from the company send a what’s app to my phone and I have send in my query stating the problem of my air con.They managed to give me a clear quotation as we as a booking on the same day as everyone know that sleeping without an aircon at night in singapore during certain season can be very challenging.The mechanic turns up within the window period as per stated and the aircon problem was fixed and they also give a 1 month warranty for the problem I have with my air con unit - water leaking issue.I have to say that the whole experience is very professional, clear and puntuality as well as price quote is clear.Would recommend this company.

Our heater broke down suddenly and we had to quickly get a replacement. Fortunately Mr Plumber Singapore was able to respond quickly. Had curtain mounts installation done. Deb is very friendly and gives recommendations for the height of the mount to be installed based on the curtains length I have. I had the wrong curtains placed in the rooms and he swapped it for me. The working areas were also kept clean even though drilling is done. Will recommend. Thank you!

He (Ladi) has arrived early than the stated time which is good. He is gentle in speech. Work done (cleared choked toilet bowl) within 15 minutes. My heater was leaking water and I needed to fix the issue. Did a google search and came across Water Heater City Singapore. Was unsure of it service at first but I saw many positive reviews and decided to give it a shot. Technician Mijan arrived on time and managed to provide the fix within 1.5hrs. My water heater was leaking and need to be replaced. Customer support was very prompt in their response and provided me options based on my current heater's model. Installation was done by Casmir who was able to assess onsite that more manpower was required. Installation was rescheduled and was done quickly and neatly by the team. He took his time to explain what was the issue and went beyond that to show what is the best way to troubleshoot in the event the power trip happens again.He was very kind and respectful!Ms Generose was the customer support assigned to me. She was really prompt in her response and was even responding to me on a Saturday night and a Sunday morning.She even took the opportunity to ask me to send her a picture of my circuit breaker over on WhatsApp so she could ask the technician for a quick check. My old toilet flush was faulty and it was only 3-4 mths before we do the hdb home improvement for our flat. The toilet cistern had also got cracked lines. Contacted My Plumber and they sent Kumar down the next day. He carefully removed the cistern and fixed the toilet flush. Also helped me add some silicone to the cracks to hopefully be able to last till the HIP. He’s v professional and I’m pleased with the works. Will definitely contact them again if there’s plumbing repairs to be done 👍

I have a LED strip driver problem causing it to flicker nonstop and another ceiling LED light won't turn on. Drop them a msg in the late afternoon and they have someone come down the next day. Immediately, he fix both issues without problems and I'm so happy with the new bright LED ceiling light now! Would highly recommend this professional lighting and electrical service to everyone!Used them again and a new technician came (Guna) the previous technician (Aru) was away on vacation. Guna was very experience and fix up the light in no time! Again would highly recommend them!

A fren recommended DW aircon service to me.The response was swift and prompt.They were able to come on the same day.2 technicians Ramesh and Seenu were deployed to clean 6 fan coils unit.Both of them were skilful, thorough and professional in their work. They even helped to do a healthcheck on the 2 compressors.After the job is done, they cleaned up my toilets to ensure no residual dirt or grime (from the washing of aircon) left behind.My husband and I are very happy with these 2 friendly technicians.

Storage water heater short circuit the whole house twice. Contacted Water Heater City due to their good reviews. Their response is fast and charges are clear and transparent. Kumar took about 2 hours to complete the replacement of the storage water heater.We were focused on the working condition of the heater and overlooked that the heater was slightly mis-aligned. I contacted the customer service and got the next day appointment to rectify the slight misalignment by Kumar. Very satisfied that the problem is solved so quickly.Few days later, I notice there was no warm water flow in my master bedroom toilet basin tap. Contacted customer service and got the revisit the next day.Kumar came and solved it within minutes. Went beyond his responsibility to help me tighten my shower head stand too.I would imagine I would probably be labelled as a troublesome customer by other companies and was pleasantly surprised that I was given queen-like treatment.Impressed with Kumar attitude and professionalism. Such an asset to the company.

We had Deb and Guna mount some shelves and display cabinets on our walls the other day, and everything went super great and super smoothly, I was very happy and appreciative of their work. They arrived on time with all the necessary tools required for the mounting of the furniture, was very great to talk to and coordinate regarding some customizations for some of the shelves as well. Deb was also really insightful with some concerns or feedback he had with some of the pre-levelling/marking that I made on the walls for the shelves and was able to advise on alternatives and he also wasn't afraid to clarify the placements, intention, etc.Overall I couldn't be more happy and relieved with how well and great they were in providing this service and would definitely recommend them for more future handymen work. 🙂

Just got my common room toilet bowl replaced by Ladi from Everyworks team. The consultant is responsive through WhatsApp, and recommended me the right model I needed. On the installation day, Ladi came on time and performed the replacement professionally within 40 mins. The whole experience is really hassle free, will definitely engage Everyworks in future. Highly recommended.

Thanks to DW Floor polishing and in particular Harun and his sidekick Mani, my marble floor has been revived to its former glory and looks great again. Called MrPlumberSG to replace a cracked commode, install a bidet flush and check a possible clogged sink. When I spoke to them I was impressed by their professional assurance. What was potentially a messy dirty job with the commode replacement was done carefully and efficiently. They even cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended. And will most certainly use them in the future.16/8/23 - they fixed the trap under the sink at my Dad’s and he was most pleased. A good handyman service indeed. Fast response and courteous people.

Was given the appointment slot of 9am to 11ak. Technician Mijan and his colleague arrived at 9.15am, greeted us in a courteous manner and proceed to do the job. They completed in about an hour, cleaned up the place and thanked me. Would certainly engage their service again!

needed to replace a leaking water heater storage tank urgently. Vendor was able to quickly scheduled an earliest date/time for installation like on 9 Aug (i contacted them on 7 Aug)! Appreciate that alot!Work was well done. Initially the tank was a little slanted - saw it at the end when the job was completed. Told the installer that it looks slanted and he immediately proceed to adjust it willingly and without hesitation (the re-adjustment requires him to remove the connected piping and screws again, which is alot of work). It was a job well done!

1. Enquiry and request for inspection via WhatsApp was fast.2. A technician was sent for inspection very promptly. Arrived earlier than expected, explained his diagnosis in detail, very courteous and professional, much appreciated3. Need to replace water storage heater but was given an appt date longer than desired, no choice… However, quotation and work required were well explained4. Finally Mr Mijan and crew arrived well within appt time slot, work completed in less than 2 hrs, and cleaned up when it’s done. Was also sent the complete invoice and instructions for warranty in detailed.5. Overall, this team delivers with professionalism, quality and reasonable price. I would recommend.

Mattress was stained by my children and i had contacted DW Team for urgent cleaning. Managed to get appointment same day at 11am.Services was done by 2 professionals and it was completed in 30 mins. Payment was via PayNow.Easy peasy coordination.For the record, it was urine stain and a bit of food stain. Stain gone and bad smell gone. Splendid!
