Mahfuz Ahmed is the technician who did the installation and replacement for my Shower Mixer Tap. Mahfuz is very attention to details, meticulous and professional in his work to make sure everything is in good order before he leaves. Everyworks customer service is great with fast response and good reasonable prices quoted for their services rendered. Highly recommended both Everyworks as well as their technician named Mahfuz Ahmed. Conclusion - I am very happy and satisfied with the services provided to me.

Second time engaging Everyworks. Technician Ramesh and Seenu were thorough and efficient, and came relatively on time. Customer service was prompt. Both times, the technicians/ Everyworks kept to the appointments and did not change anything after the appointment was confirmed, unlike what I’ve heard of with other technicians.Only issue was that their next available slot for aircon chemical overhaul had quite a wait (2 weeks), which may not be suitable if the problem is significant and urgent.

I contacted them on Thursday night and they arranged for a plumber to come at 9am the next day (even when it is a public holiday; voting day). Mr Raj was competent and gave good advice. Quote was also much lower than other plumbers I whatsapped. Overall, we are satisfied with the service and prompt replies and response.

Just got my common room toilet bowl replaced by Ladi from Everyworks team. The consultant is responsive through WhatsApp, and recommended me the right model I needed. Called MrPlumberSG to replace a cracked commode, install a bidet flush and check a possible clogged sink. When I spoke to them I was impressed by their professional assurance. What was potentially a messy dirty job with the commode replacement was done carefully and efficiently. They even cleaned up afterwards. Couldn’t be happier! Highly recommended. And will most certainly use them in the future.16/8/23 - they fixed the trap under the sink at my Dad’s and he was most pleased. A good handyman service indeed. Fast response and courteous people.

I had some issues with other aircon service companies in the past, but with DW Aircon, everything was so easy. They responded promptly to my messages, even on holidays and after hours. Ms Joanna was very helpful and prompt in responses, and Mr Dhana was professional and efficient in servicing my aircon units. Mr Dhana showed up a little early, but kindly waited for me to finish my meeting and only started when I arrived a minute or 2 late. Everything was so easy that I was able to schedule the servicing into my schedule, and not build my day around it like with other companies where you have to wait for them to arrive and block off large windows of time. Will definitely use DW Aircon’s services again. The cost was slightly higher than the last company I went with, but the quality of service is definitely worth it for peace of mind and convenience.

needed to replace a leaking water heater storage tank urgently. Vendor was able to quickly scheduled an earliest date/time for installation like on 9 Aug (i contacted them on 7 Aug)! Appreciate that alot!Work was well done. Initially the tank was a little slanted - saw it at the end when the job was completed. Told the installer that it looks slanted and he immediately proceed to adjust it willingly and without hesitation (the re-adjustment requires him to remove the connected piping and screws again, which is alot of work). It was a job well done!

Called a couple of plumber, and shared the same video of the leaking problem of my cubicle, all were not able to provide a very close analysis of what could be the problem. Everyworks responded pretty quickly, and they were able to share what could be the closest possibility of such leak, sand have very transparent details of the cost involved. The plumber came half and hour before time, and upon looking at it, it was confirmed that the problem lies with the pan collar issued. Removed the cubicle, secure it back and have advice not to use it for next 4 hours. Within half hour job done and explained what caused that to happened. Professional and most precise to isolating the exact problem. Highly recommended. To have a peace of mind, it’s best to go with an experienced plumber like Everyworks.

Kumar is fast and efficient. He is detailed in his diagnosis of the issue I had with my toilet drainage and make a point to listen to what I said about the symptoms I had observed. He will then proceed to reproduce and resolve the issues. He will demonstrate the issue is resolved before ending the work. I will definitely look for them again if I encountered any more plumbing issues.

Engaged them to do cleaning for our bed and sofa. Harun and Azaz are professional in the way they deliver the service. From explaining what they will do, to showing us how much dirt was cleared from the bed and sofa. Their price is reasonable and they do the service for us on a weekend as well as some of the cleaning companies i enquired doesn't do weekend. All in all, their service is recommeded and will look for them again for our next cleaning.

Unfortunately my 8 year old water heater kaput and tripped the breaker last night. Googled storage water heaters and found out about these guys. So, enquired them on their services and was replied back on the next morning(Sunday). Asked him for a recommendation and was quoted another similar model from Rubine. Arranged for an installation appointment and to my surprise a slot in the afternoon on the same day was given.Installer who is Mr Pandian gave a call and requested if he could come earlier which is better news for me since I need to go out in the evening. He came on the newly arranged time and within an hour everything was done. He even helped to clear up the dust in the toilet caused by the drilling of the wall. Thumbs up to this guy!Overall wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this company for your water heater needs! Fast and efficient service!

Update as at 26 Feb 2023:Received a same day service recovery call from the company, by Catherine, who gave a clear explanation as to what was going on. I proceeded with the site inspection, which they have kindly waived off the inspection fee. Aru was very professional and patiently explained the problem with the wiring.On the day of the wiring installation, Aru and his colleague service was impeccable. Service delivery was fast, immaculate and professionally done. They had even wanted to do a clean up, rather than leaving it to home owners to clean up, after the works were done.One month warranty was provided for works and follow up on work performed was done shortly after Aru and his colleague left. Very impressed with Aru and Catherine.14 Feb 2023Tried and was unable to engage the services of their licensed electricians for electrical works. The 1 star is for the poor/unprofessional/unhelpful customer service.I tried to WA to request for assistance in engaging their licensed electrician for electrical services. I was met with repeated "... we cannot help." response. It was only after some prompting that it was revealed that "... our licensed electrician is currently not available, so we don't provide troubleshooting service for the power trip at the moment."When the date for the next availability was requested, the response was "... we dont (sic) have spesific (sic) date yet." period.This situation of getting electrical services from an electrical company with licensed electricans all over sg (per their company website) really befuddles me.

Toilet bowl tap had issues and Thana was very professional and dedicated as he tried to diagnose the root of the problem.
