Had curtain mounts installation done. Deb is very friendly and gives recommendations for the height of the mount to be installed based on the curtains length I have. I had the wrong curtains placed in the rooms and he swapped it for me. The working areas were also kept clean even though drilling is done. Will recommend. Thank you!

My water heater was leaking and need to be replaced. Customer support was very prompt in their response and provided me options based on my current heater's model. Installation was done by Casmir who was able to assess onsite that more manpower was required. Installation was rescheduled and was done quickly and neatly by the team. My old toilet flush was faulty and it was only 3-4 mths before we do the hdb home improvement for our flat. The toilet cistern had also got cracked lines. Contacted My Plumber and they sent Kumar down the next day. He carefully removed the cistern and fixed the toilet flush. Also helped me add some silicone to the cracks to hopefully be able to last till the HIP. He’s v professional and I’m pleased with the works. Will definitely contact them again if there’s plumbing repairs to be done 👍

I have a LED strip driver problem causing it to flicker nonstop and another ceiling LED light won't turn on. Drop them a msg in the late afternoon and they have someone come down the next day. Immediately, he fix both issues without problems and I'm so happy with the new bright LED ceiling light now! Would highly recommend this professional lighting and electrical service to everyone!Used them again and a new technician came (Guna) the previous technician (Aru) was away on vacation. A fren recommended DW aircon service to me.The response was swift and prompt.They were able to come on the same day.2 technicians Ramesh and Seenu were deployed to clean 6 fan coils unit.Both of them were skilful, thorough and professional in their work. Storage water heater short circuit the whole house twice. Contacted Water Heater City due to their good reviews. Their response is fast and charges are clear and transparent. Kumar took about 2 hours to complete the replacement of the storage water heater.We were focused on the working condition of the heater and overlooked that the heater was slightly mis-aligned. I contacted the customer service and got the next day appointment to rectify the slight misalignment by Kumar. Very satisfied that the problem is solved so quickly.Few days later, I notice there was no warm water flow in my master bedroom toilet basin tap. Contacted customer service and got the revisit the next day.Kumar came and solved it within minutes. Went beyond his responsibility to help me tighten my shower head stand too.I would imagine I would probably be labelled as a troublesome customer by other companies and was pleasantly surprised that I was given queen-like treatment.Impressed with Kumar attitude and professionalism. Such an asset to the company.

needed to replace a leaking water heater storage tank urgently. Vendor was able to quickly scheduled an earliest date/time for installation like on 9 Aug (i contacted them on 7 Aug)! Appreciate that alot!Work was well done. Initially the tank was a little slanted - saw it at the end when the job was completed. Told the installer that it looks slanted and he immediately proceed to adjust it willingly and without hesitation (the re-adjustment requires him to remove the connected piping and screws again, which is alot of work). About 2 years ago, Everyworks - Plumbers replaced for us a storage heater and a PPR valve, and we were very impressed with the works done and the skills of the plumbers. Very good service from the CSOs and plumbers. I contacted them about a leaking toilet and pipe, and they were able to fix the problem within 2 days.MP Raj and Shafikul replaced the toilet and T joint within an hour, very fast and skilled workmanship.

Customer service was prompt in responding and technician need a great job in getting my chute replaced and the price was reasonable for a XL chute of a hdb I was quoted $220. The technician went above and beyond to do a thorough clean of the chute surrounding and left no mess behind when he left. Thank you

Rubbish chute door replacement was done very professionally. Came down the next day itself after enquiry. Handyman Ibrahim was quite skillful and done the job quite fast and neat without any fuss at all. Kudos to his colleague CSE mike as well for cordinating the work well . The pricing was reasonable as well. No hidden charges and all the process were clearly mentioned earlier.

CSO marc response to my emergency was fast..prompt and with empathy. Technician ibrahim came on time...polite and fast hand fast leg..all done in 20 mins. He tried to come immed aft he fixed his broke down van. Price was reasonably fair. Quality is good too. They were the savior in my situation. So lucky to have found them. Thank u.

I came across a post of theirs online and decided to call them so they could polish and varnish my floor. As a result of their excellent work, my floor looks good as new. I should also like to mention that the workers were so attentive and made sure that no spot was left unpolished. Great work!

My toilet bowl had quite a bad leak and so I decided to give them a call despite not having engaged them before. I must say, their customer support staff was really responsive and managed to get an appointment for me in such a short period. The plumber was really polite too and made sure that all our concerns were addressed. Great work!

I was really impressed with the way this company rendered their services! All the employees were extremely nice and tried their very best to accomodate our very many requests. When the time came to polish our floors, the workers performed the services we needed very speedily and finished everything in less than two hours. I really recommend them!

The floors of our home deteriorated so rapidly that we even wanted to have them overhauled completely. But due to time constraints, we thought we would have somebody polish them instead. After booking an appointment with this company, somebody came after a few days and examined what needed to be done. Although I expected them to do as mediocre a job as previous workers had done, they actually managed to make our parquet floors look beautiful again! I'm just so glad that I didn't decide to take the costly route of having them replaced. We really ar in awe of their work and intend to call them again if circumstances all for it.

Had a leaking tap situation . was very glad they could come the next day. plumber was early which was good ! I was amazed by how efficient he was. fast and workmanship was good. he quite friendly as well! it was quite dirty below the sink as there was water leakage mix with dirt but he didn't mind getting dirty.

I actually didn't know much about this company. So you can imagine how nervous I was when I decided to avail of their services. When the workers came, I didn't expect them to do much. But in fact they did! They were able to complete the floor polishing work in a very professional manner and did an excellent job in getting my floors cleaned up. Just so you know, they even did some extra work without charging us extra costs! Never have I experienced their level of service. As a result, I really recommend them to those in need of similar services!

Technician Mr. Udaiyar came to service my aircon, reached early than schedule time. He did a good job and do advise me on my Aircon compressor too. Recommending and highlighting a few issues. Thank u so much for the suggestions given.

Mr. Murthi (technician) / Ms Gene (CS Officer)

Setting up an appointment was fuss-free and Ms Gene tried her best to slot me in at the earliest possible timing.

Mr Murthi serviced all the aircons in about 30-minutes - super efficient fella.

But at the end of the day, it all boils down to price - 4 aircon units for $110? Even my mother-in-law nodded in approval when I told her the price.
